One authoritative endpoint. Send cargo and (optionally) an equipment code; if you omit it, the API cost-aware right-sizes. The response carries the full 3D plan and the compliance verdict.

• POST /v1/plan, API-key bearer auth.
• Omit the equipment code and it cost-aware right-sizes.
• Response: full 3D plan + compliance verdict as JSON.
• 403 = no active LoadingMCP subscription; ready:false lists every blocker.
